Charity Status Change

We are pleased to announce that on 1st April 2026 our branch changed its legal status from an unincorporated charity to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), with a new charity number of 1215084.  It represents a key step in modernising our governance framework. The important thing is that nothing is changing in what we do or how we do it, and every animal coming in to us will receive the care, attention and second chance that they deserve, just the same as always.  The CIO is now the data controller, although for an interim period, the existing branch and the CIO will co-exist as we work through the process of informing all relevant parties.  If you have used our services before, rest assured your personal data is still protected in exactly the same way; it has simply been transferred over to the new CIO.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Finn

Please put your hands together for the superstar, Fabulous Finn!

Finn is a 2 year old, semi long haired male cat who came into foster care severely underweight with a broken jaw and fractured tooth.  His 7 week journey back to full health is now complete and this lovely boy is now looking for the purrfect forever home.

Finn is affectionate, cuddly and friendly with a curious personality and truly believes the door to Narnia is at the back of every cupboard and wardrobe!

He enjoys human company whether it’s for a snuggle on a lap, to follow around or simply observe.  Finn settled quickly into life with his foster family and made friends with both the resident cat and dog.

Now he is the perfect weight and completely healed Finn would like his forever home to have a safe outdoor area where he can explore, humans who will be around often for him to interact with and lots of love and cuddles.

Finn can live with gentle children and friendly cats and dogs.  He has been microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, de-flead and de-wormed.
