Meet the Wonderful Raven!

Looking for a sleek and sweet companion? Then look no further than Raven! This beautiful black cat is estimated to be around 1 year old and is now ready to find her forever family after being a wonderful mother to her two kittens.

Raven came into RSPCA care when her previous owner was sadly unable to continue providing for her and her little ones. She has proven to be a devoted and attentive mum, and now it’s her turn to receive all the love and attention she deserves.

Initially, Raven can be a little shy when meeting new people. However, the key to her heart is definitely treats! Offer her a tasty snack, and she’ll happily come to investigate. Once she feels comfortable with you, Raven transforms into a loving and affectionate girl. She adores being stroked, will purr contentedly during chin rubs, and will even let you give her a belly rub!

Beyond her cuddly side, Raven is also a playful young cat. She loves the thrill of chasing a ball and will happily entertain herself (and you!) with a dangly stick toy.

Raven has been fully vaccinated, microchipped, de-flead, and wormed. She will be ready for adoption by the end of April, by which time she will also have been neutered. When she first arrived at the RSPCA, Raven had some fur loss on her back, tail, and rear legs due to a flea allergy dermatitis. Thankfully, she has now been treated for fleas, and her fur is gradually growing back. The RSPCA vets are confident that this should not cause any further issues.

Raven has been fostered in a home with multiple children of all ages and has shown herself to be perfectly happy living with them, especially those who are willing to offer treats or engage in playtime! She has not been tested with dogs, so we are unsure how she would react to them.
