Ted

Ted is a beautiful black kitten, with a white patch on his belly, who is thought to be around 8 months. He has never had a home to call his own and was living on the streets, first spotted at the age of around 8 weeks. He was being fed by a kind member of the public, but they became increasingly concerned for his welfare, so he came into the care of the RSPCA, Consequently, it has taken him some time to get used to living indoors and human interaction. He was very timid at first but is slowly learning to trust humans. He will still sometimes flinch or run and hide if you approach him too suddenly, but he will now let you pick him up and will snuggle into you on the sofa if you sit next to him. He loves to play with his ball or spring toys and has started to interact with dangly stick toys, although he is still a bit wary of them. He loves strokes but can sometimes feel overwhelmed and overstimulated at which point he will gently pat your arm away.

Ted has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, de-flead and wormed. He is litter trained  and is not fussy when it comes to his food. Ted would do best in a quiet home, without young children, where his new owners have the patience to let him come out of his shell in his own time. Once he begins to trust you, he will reward you with the loudest purrs and loveliest snuggles.
