George  is a truly lovely male Jack Russell-type dog. We’re unsure of his exact age, but we estimate him to be around 9-10 years old. He came into our care from the inspectors along with another female Jack Russell, to whom he was very bonded. Sadly, she had to be put to sleep for medical reasons, and George has understandably been very sad since losing his best friend.

Despite his recent heartbreak, George is the most affectionate boy and will happily sit with you for lots of cuddles. He simply adores attention and fuss! He may be on the older side, but he still enjoys his walks immensely and is quite sprightly for his age. He is also very clean in his kennel, so housetraining shouldn’t be a problem in his new home.

We are truly hoping George finds his forever retirement home as quickly as possible. He is such a good boy and has so much love to give.

Please note: George does have cataracts in both eyes, but this does not cause him any issues at present. He does have a tendency to pull towards other dogs on walks and is not the best traveler in the car. For this reason, George is to be rehomed as an only dog, without other dogs or cats.
